Key opportunities exist in Queensland’s residential market - particularly in the state’s regional boom towns - according to new forecasts from CB Richard Ellis. Speaking at the firm’s annual Private Client Group Market Outlook function today in Brisbane, CBRE Director Jason Degn said Queensland’s strong economic outlook combined with interstate migration, jobs growth and significant infrastructure investment would result in regional Queensland remaining somewhat insulated from any wider economic downturn.
