JV acquires Altona site for $25.5 million

Folkestone has entered into a contract to purchase 52 hectares of serviced industrial zoned land located at 720-808 Kororoit Road in Altona, Melbourne, for $25.5 million. The acquisition was made in a joint venture with AMP Capital Investor's Select Property Portfolio Fund.
