AHC divests head office

Listed property developer AHC Limited has contracted to sell its head office at Helensvale in Queensland for $900,000.

AHC plans to relocate from its current head office at 4 Helensvale Road in Helensvale to land the company holds on Siganto Drive, also in Helensvale, fronting the M1 Motorway.

A purpose-built facility on Siganto Drive will be the company's new headquarters upon completion in June next year.

Earlier this month, AHC agreed to the unconditional sale of Hollywood Plaza Shopping Centre on Siganto Dive. The sale price was $3.7 million.

The sale of Hollywood Plaza was handled through Peter and John Tyson of Savills Retail Investment Sales Division following an expressions of interest campaign.
