Fox Property Group have offloaded a residential development site in Sydney's outer western fringe to a syndicate of private developers. The site, which has DA approval for a 36 unit residential development, sold under the hammer for $1.25 million.
Garry Rosetto of Raine & Horne Commercial was responsible for marketing the vacant land.
Located at 34 Albert Street in Werrington, the property has DA approval for 27 two bedroom and 9 three bedroom apartments.
The 2322 sqm site is zoned 2e Residential and situated within one block of Werrington station.
The buyer is not satisfied with the existing plan in place for the site and intends to amend the DA, which is set to expire in March next year.
