Acting President

Rosemary Johnston started her career in health research, moved to sales and marketing in the health care industry with blue chip companies.

She founded and ran a pioneering leadership coaching business for 15 years. Her corporate clients including Sun Microsystems and IBM and clients ranged from CEO to top sales team in both Australia and South East Asia.

More recently she has co founded the PIAA Accreditation course and lectures in this course as well as fronting the regulatory drive from PIAA, investor education and being a prolific writer of Advantage Statements.

Vice President - Simon Cavanagh

Simon is a past Vice President with JP Morgan bank working in mergers and acquisitions. He was posted from Ireland to Hong Kong and Australia during his career. He retired at a young age to manage his substantial international portfolio with property in the UK, US, Australia and Asia.

Board Member - Suzanne Brown

Founded and manages Global Thoughts an organization that runs seminars and conferences in Australia and internationally.

She is currently Business Manager for Etienne Lawyers

Board Member - Steve Brown

Steve has had many years of experience as primary legal counsel for some of Australia's largest property companies including A.V. Jennings. He more recent years include Senior partner at Norman Waterhouse NSW and most recently he has founded and run Etienne Lawyers.

Steve has lectured in Law at UNSW, Macquarie and Institute of Company Directors, and now lectures as part of the PIAA PIA01 Professional Accreditation Course. He is a founding board member of PIAA and has been honored for his services as a Fellow with life time membership.

Board Member - Alison Johnston

Alison Johnston is a consumer marketing specialist with more than 20 years experience with major mulitinational and Australasian companies such as Kraft, McCormick, National Foods and Goodman Fielder. She has international experience having worked in Hong Kong, China and more locally, in New Zealand. She has a simple approach to marketing based on insightful understanding of customers that allows her to develop products and programs that surpass customer expectations.

Board Member - Taye Sivilay

Taye worked in the finance industry for about 15 years and held senior management roles in Hong Kong and Australia. She retired early to have a family and manage her international investment portfolio. She brings her excellent corporate skills and high energy to this role.
