API locates and negotiates the purchase of residential investment property in and around Melbourne, there are 2 different services offered by API when doing this.


Every Property Investor will have a unique financial position and goal when thinking about investing in property for their future. Some investors want only positivly geared property whilst others want "off the plan" so as to save on stamp duty others only look at the capital growth aspect of the investment.

At API we recognise that we need to tailor each purchase to meet the clients budget and investment goals. The fee paid by you to API depends on the type of property you buy as in some instances such as when you purchase "off the plan" or new the developer of the project may pay us rather than pay an independent Real Estate Agent when this happens we will diclose the fee paid by them to the client.


When you buy an established property on the open market we will charge a fee as we will not be paid by the seller of the property.
