Summary: I wanted to make a formal complaint to your organisation about a developer named Mark Rogers who is believe is at best acting very unprofesionally and what I would prefer to say very shonky.

Allow me to explain. Via my financial advisor I was introduced to Mr Rogers late in 2005 and subsequently invested in his off-the-plan development in Gladstone. He presented himself as a so called 'Good Guy' who was a young developer, family man and 'not greedy like other developers' ...how many times have we heard that and unfortunately still believe it!!
This development has not been built in line with the proposed time-line of the project but the town of Gladstone has progressed very solidly and thus the property values are probably about 25% higher than the prices I secured them att by supporting Mark and the project he was building.
My lawyers have on numerous occasions tried to secure an extension to the 24 months sunset clause and while Mr Rogers has both verbally and in written form, confirmed he would do this, this has not been done and I have no other conclusion to believe that he is deliberately allowing this sunset clause to pass so he can cancel our agreement and resell the properties on the open market and thus increase his profit greatly.
I'm sure you would agree this is a massive injustice to myself and the other 20 investors who backed Mr Rogers over 2 years ago and made it possible for him to achieve quick sales and thus finance to secure and build the project. This must also be against the law and certain property laws so I would be grateful for your assistance in finding an agressive lawyer who will assist us to fight this dodgy developer.
I would also be grateful if you could publish this artilce on your website in the hope that any other property investors or home purchases are wary of Mr Rogers and his unnaceptable practices.
He is all smiles and stories of being the good guy when he wants you to buy but is missing in action when you want to speak with him. I have actually sent how a few E-Mail asking for an update and for a meeting and he hasn't even given me the curtesy of a reply.
Please let me know what else I can send to you or for any other information you need.
If you are able to contact Mr Rogers direct than I would also be grateful as maybe you can help him see the light?
