PIAA has announced today it will create a Regulatory Committee of industry professionals to target political leaders on the issues facing investors in an unregulated environment.

PIAA is an investor organisation seeking to support investors making better investment decisions. Investors curently have no listing in the Yellow Pages or Government endorsed Nominated Industry Professional they can contact for quality advice.

"PIAA is very concerned that investors continue to receive poor advice and enter into unsustainable investments" says Rosemary Johnston, General Manager. "Given the size of the capital asset it is extraordinary this is an unregulated industry."

PIAA has created a Profesisonal education course to support industry professionals seeking to provide confidence to their clients. The course combines competencies from the Real Estate, Financial Services and Property Investment Advice sectors creating a Client Relationship Manager who can lead with a complete strategy and support the client wtih knowledge of the other professionals who may also be involved in the transaction.

Please email us at admin@piaa.asn.au to indicate your desire to see regulation in this industry to support investors being given the professional support to assist them in making sustainable investment decisions.
