The Property Investors Association of Australia (PIAA) in conjunction with The Australian Institute of Competency Training, presents this extensive progam to provide a structured framework for the provision of property investment advice.

Location:

PIA01 is currently offered in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane with expressions of interest taken for South Australia and Western Australia

Cost:

PIA01 Course: 4 days tuition - $2,100.

PIAA Accreditation:

To achieve full PIAA Accreditation three modules are required. PIA01 is the component bringing together the Statement of Property Investment Advice (SOPIA) to present to your client. The RG 146 modules are offered by Intellitrain and other providers as is the Real Estate component.

For your information, recognition of prior learning will be given for:

1. RG146 components for General and Investment Advice, and

2. Real Estate sales entry level through to Licence level qualifications from any Registered Training Organisation in Australia.

The minimum requirement for PIAA Accreditation is entry level sales training, this is called different names in different states such as Certificate of Registration in NSW and Sales Agent in Victoria.
